• Our terms include electricity and gas, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
• We ask for a deposit of 25% on booking and the balance a month before your holiday.
• If you have to cancel your booking, we will not refund your money unless we can re-let the period. In that case, we will refund all but £20 of what you have paid. You may wish to take out insurance against cancellation.
• If we have to cancel your booking (which we will only do in an emergency) we will refund all the money you have paid. Beyond that, we will not compensate you for the loss of your holiday.
• We are prepared to take well-behaved dogs with considerate owners. The cottage is small and has good quality furnishings so please rub down wet dogs outside after a walk to avoid bringing mud inside. If you wish to bring a dog, please discuss this with us first. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must not be left alone in the cottage to bark and annoy our neighbours.
• Smoking is not allowed in the cottage or studio.
• We aim to make the cottage available from 3.00pm on your day of arrival and we ask you to leave it by 10.00am on your day of departure.

Note:
Because of the steep path to the cottage, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Parking is normally available on the village street, but we can accommodate one car on our driveway by request.
