Prices in the table below are for 2 people staying in the cottage (one bedroom with a kingsize bed).

Prices for the garden studio (which contains extra sleeping accommodation and shower/WC) are the same all the year round:

£100 a week for double bed/sitting room (1 double room) and an extra £30 for the single room (bed is 2'6" wide 6'6"long).

£70 and £30 respectively for short breaks.

Please note that:

the studio does not have a kitchen. It provides extra sleeping accommodation (and an extra shower room)
the communal living room is in the cottage and is rather small for five adults.

We book short breaks during the low season. At other times, we will do so only at two weeks' notice.
