This is a modern timber and stone building converted from a former stone
out-building in the garden. It features a large picture window with a
wonderful view over the dale.
Contains two bedrooms & shower/WC.

Small bedroom containing:
- ‘Hideway’ beds with interior sprung 2’6"
mattresses.
These make a single (or two) suitable for children, or, a double
bed.
- Storage heater.
A staircase rises to a delightful room set in the roof
space. This room has the large picture window mentioned above and two
opening roof lights.
